  • Where do you ship to?

    We can currently ship anywhere within the UK. 

  • What if my dog has an allergy?

    If your dog has an allergy, please get in touch. We will try our best to offer bespoke treats at no extra charge. 

  • How long do your treats last?

    To keep the treats tasting their best, we reccomend using within 4 weeks. Treats can last longer when stored in an airtight container. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If you're not happy with your items, please get in contact for us to organise a full refund or exchange. 

  • Is your packaging recyclable?

    Most of our packaging is recyclable, excluding cellophone and treat pouches.

    Our packing peanuts are also disolvable in water. 

  • How long will my order take to be dispatched?

    We hand make everything to order, so it can take up to7 working days for your order to be dispatched. 

  • Are you registered?

    Yes, we are registed with our local Trading Standards department. KCC (Kent County Council)

    Our registation number is GB178 093186 

  • What is in your icing?

    All of our iced treats are iced with specifically made doggy icing. It has zero sugar, so is completely safe. 


    Ingredients: Yoghurt powder,skimmed milk, maize flour, tapioca flour, albumen, (trace maltodextrin)

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    Absolutly. If you are interested in purchasing wholesale from us, please contact us at customercare@jandb-barkery.co.uk. 

  • Are you treats suitable for puppies?

    Our treats are suitable for puppies aged 12 weeks and over. 

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from us you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

  1. J&B's Barkery have the right to cancel any order. Full refunds will be giving in this case.
  2. Customers have the right to cancel their order, but only if the order has not been dispatched by J&B's Barkery. If the order has already been dispatched, no refund will be given.
  3. In the event your order doesn't arrive, J&B's Barkery must be informed within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. Any time after this, J&B's Barkery will not accept any responsibility and no refund will be given.
  4. If you have ordered birthday or special occasion products and need delivery in less than 10 days, J&B's Barkery cannot be held accountable if the order does not arrive on time.
  5. J&B's Barkery cannot be held accountable for any delays with delivery once dispatched.
  6. If your order does not arrive, J&B's Barkery will first send a replacement. Refunds will not be given if you order goes missing.
